In a rematch of the Warrenton Tournament semi-final game, the Liberty Eagles knocked off the Holt Indians in a GAC Central matchup.
Three players reached double digits in scoring for the Eagles. Jaylen Sims led all scorers with 19, Kaleb Overall had 17 and Brian Jones tossed in 10.
Overall scored 7 of his 17 points from the free throw line, going 7-9 from the charity stripe and also dished out 5 assists in the game. Jones pulled down 8 rebounds to go with his 10 points.
The Eagles improved to 4-0 in league play and face 2nd place Washington on Friday, January 20th.
