Congratulations to the Liberty Eagles Boys Basketball team on capturing the program’s first Conference title in Boy’s Basketball. The Eagles moved to 8-0 on the season in GAC Central play with their win at Washington on Friday night.
The Eagles got 22 points from Jaylen Sims and 19 from Kaleb Overall in clinching the GAC Central Conference title.
Now 16-6 on the season the Eagles will play their remaining three regular season games at home. Two conference games remain when they welcome Ft. Zumwalt East on February 16th and Ft. Zumwalt South on February 21st. The Eagles are in action next against Francis Howell North, February 14th when they will honor service men and women (military, first responders, police, firefighters).
